Short answer: Bottle Flip collects no personal data. The app never connects to the internet. There is no networking code, no account system, no analytics, no advertising network, and no third-party SDK of any kind.

This is kept in the standard iOS UserDefaults store, inside the
app's own container. It never leaves the device, is never transmitted to us,
and cannot be seen by us. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Name, e-mail, phone number, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, usage statistics, crash reports — none of these are collected.
The game is rated 4+. Since no data is collected from anyone, no processing of children's data occurs under COPPA.
There is no advertising, no in-app purchase, and no third-party service in the app. Your data is shared with no one, because none is collected.
